We back candidates who meet the TEA standard. Support is not based on party loyalty or machine politics. It is earned through a track record of Transparency, Efficiency, and Affordability. We grade every candidate using public records, direct questionnaires, and our TEA Scorecard methodology, then publish the results so voters can compare.
How Candidates Earn Our Support
Scorecard Review
We evaluate their record using the TEA Scorecard. Do they score well on Transparency, Efficiency, and Affordability?
Direct Conversation
We send a questionnaire and meet with the candidate. We want to understand how they govern, not just how they campaign.
Public Endorsement
If they meet the standard, we endorse publicly. Financial support, voter guide inclusion, social media amplification, and joint events.

2026 Special Elections
We are grading every candidate in the current national special elections on the TEA standard so voters can compare records on Transparency, Efficiency, and Affordability. Races include NJ-11, GA-14, and more as general election matchups are set.

As the TEA Scorecard launches and our evaluation process expands, we will add candidates at every level: national, state, and local. Every candidate we evaluate goes through the same process.
